Hi! I'm Thomas KLEIN, a Business Intelligence Engineer and Data enthusiast.

This blog shows off my personal projects, work and interests.
I set out to use data both as a powerful professional tool to create value and insights, and as a fun way to discover and present patterns.

About Me

Trained as a general and industrial engineer, I always felt a particular attraction to numbers and data. I find the objectivity that analytical approaches bring to be reassuring. Data can be a strong basis on which to build decisions and arguments. I believe that data can convey compelling and insightful stories with the right toold and visualizations. By building dashboards or just interactive visuals, it is also possible to engage and involve users. The world of data is vast and from the simplest bar charts to the complex details of data engineering and machine learning.
I personally want to focus on analytics and data science, from creating and gathering data to the restitution of insights, while going through the steps of data cleaning, querying, modelling and building visualizations.
